Installation

• Users need to install littler separately. A copy of littler is available under org.genericfx.interfaces.R/software/store.
• After installing littler, it is necessary to link it as org.genericfx.interfaces.R/software/littler using

cd /path/to/org.genericfx.interfaces.R/software
ln -s /path/to/littler littler

• It is recommended that you littler with program prefix little

  configure --program-prefix=little

  to create the program littler rather than r. This is a must for MacOSX as its file system is not case-sensitive.
