1. MatlabFX - A plugin to call Matlab.
2. BrainFX - Neuroscience plugin package.
   1. FSLfx - Plugin for FSL
   2. CamBAfx - Plugin for CamBA.
3. Rfx - A plugin to call R.

I know we have a website branding problem, i.e., all three components should look similar if not the same. However, I think it is more important to get the content up first and worry about branding later.
